Ayr Wellness, a leading cannabis MSO, engaged our expertise to revamp their brand portfolio comprehensively. Exploring the strategic options of a branded house versus a house of brands, we guided them towards the latter, leveraging diverse product types for distinct customer segments. Our efforts culminated in a complete overhaul, redesigning not just the parent brand but also over 12 product brands. Our toolkit included detailed brand manifestos and guides for each brand, an enterprise-level e-commerce platform, and a suite of retail assets spanning packaging, collateral materials, and videos. In short, it was a lot of great work that didn't go unnoticed.
